Travelling

Everyone has to love traveling and seeing places around the world. Even some of our favorite teachers love traveling like Ms. Balogh going to Columbia during the summer and Mr. Fong hosting the annual Washington D.C. field trip.

Mr. Fong's trip went to Washington D.C., New York and finally Gettysburg. A couple of 8th graders went and stayed in a couple of hotels that were nice. Also, they went to quite a number of places during the trip such as tons of museums, 9/11 memorial and many other things. They even took a plane to fly everywhere instead of just taking boring, old buses.

Ms. Balogh went to the amazing Columbia. She took hiking and nature walks around Columbia. She told us that the currency is so different she would have been considered a millionaire in Columbia. She also did these spiritual cleanses that were very interesting and they only cost $1. She said they were weird and not that great.

I think many people should travel because it is a great way to see the world in ways you may have never imagined. One place that I think is great to visit is Germany because there are beautiful Cologne Cathedral castles and more beautiful things not just in Germany but in other parts of the world. I think that places have certain things that make them beautiful in their own ways like Cabo for being tropical, New York for the beautiful snow, Hawaii for the beautiful ocean and animals and Florida for the wonderful Disney World adventures to discover.

In conclusion, I think everyone should see everything around them and travel. Even if it’s a new city next to you or a new state or something new to see. Many people should see how beautiful the world is. Also, many people are on their phones so much and if you don’t stop and look around once in a while you could miss a moment. So everyone should travel somewhere even if you don’t have a passion for it. It will always be worth it in the end.
