The Grammy Awards, also known as the Grammy Awards Ceremony, is one of the most prestigious and widely recognized celebrations in the music industry. The awards are categorized by Album of the Year, Song of the Year, Record of the Year, Best New Artist, and Best Pop, Rock, Hip-Hop, and Country.

Beyoncé won best country album of the year with Cowboy Carter, and this sparked anger in so many people. Many of whom say that her country album isn’t an actual country album and that others deserved to win rather than Beyoncé. She also won Album of the Year and had Billie Eilish’s fandom enraged. In my opinion, I believed that the Grammys she won were very well deserved and worth it. Especially because she has never received an Album of the Year award for previous albums that have definitely made a statement, she definitely deserved it.

After many arguments on TikTok and Twitter, the Grammys came out and told us the votes on the different albums nominated for Album of the Year, which were BRAT by Charli xcx, New Blue Sun by André 3000, Short n’ Sweet by Sabrina Carpenter, Djesse vol. 4 by Jacob Collier, Hit Me Hard and Soft by Billie Eilish, The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess by Chappell Roan, and The Tortured Poets Department by Taylor Swift, and It was clearly shown that Hit Me Hard and Soft actually was nowhere near winning Album of the Year and was actually 6th place in nominations. This year, Billie Eilish did not win any Grammys and left the ceremony empty-handed, causing outrage among her fans. This reminds me of the Grammys in 2019, when Billie won over Ariana Grande and Ariana's fanbase became increasingly agitated. The Grammys were an event to remember.
