ICE vs. Minesota Court

It is with no surprise that ICE has been facing severe backlash from many and it has now made its way onto court. Although this has happened in the past, they now seem to be in quite a rough spot, getting called out by a Minnesota judge for violating nearly 100 court orders. Honestly, it’s hard to see ICE maneuvering their way out of this one, with the amount of footage where they’ve recorded using immense amounts of force during arrests, even while the one in custody is already on the ground and no longer resisting. Their footage even includes those that they have murdered who have sparked many protests to rise now more than ever. Along with former president Barack Obama, who spoke out against ICE, wanting them to take accountability for their actions and many other people in Minnesota and other states. It is with hope that Trump will hear and oblige to all of this, although it would be highly unlikely given that he’s still letting this continue. We can only hope that many have come to their senses after seeing all that’s happened with Trump being in office, and decide to choose a president who won’t let atrocities such as this happen. There are too many times with the amount of families that have lost loved ones, people who have gained permanent injuries from ICE, and those who have passed due to ICE brutality or while in ICE custody. I wish them all justice from the courts, who will hopefully put ICE to and end with their violent deportations and ‘arresting techniques’.
