Chilean-born American actor, Pedro Pascal, has gone from getting small roles in shows, movies and not being that well known to being one of the top well known actors today. Pedro Pascal has worked hard as an actor for nearly two decades and finally, after getting the role of Oberyn Martell for the famous show “Games of Thrones”, he has been getting the love he deserves. After his rise in popularity, he started getting even more roles like the role of Javier Pena in the Netflix TV show "Narcos", Javi Guitierrez in the movie “The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent”, Din Djarin in the Disney+ series “The Mandalorian”, and finally the role of Joel in the newest HBO Max series, “The Last Of Us”. All the hard work paid off and Pedro Pascal is now finally being recognized.
Although he is not the “Sexiest Man Alive” to the People Magazine, younger generations definitely disagree. Everywhere on all social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, and more there are people making edits of Pedro Pascal almost even fantasizing about him. So many people have made so many edits of him that they even addressed it on SNL on February 4, 2023. Because of all these edits and fan fiction being written about him, most of the interviews he has been on have asked about how he feels about these edits and if he really is everyone's internet's “daddy.” He does say he doesn't mind being asked these questions as it is what gets the interviewer's views but people are getting mad that they aren't asking normal questions. Some fans are even getting disgusted and start giving hate to the interviewer because of this.
Overall, Pedro Pascal is one of the most kind, friendly, and funniest actors which is why the younger generations LOVE him and hopefully he continues to get even more roles so that we can watch him in future shows and movies.
