It’s that time again, where Mayfair PTSA hosts their annual food and hygiene drive in partnership with Caring Connections to help those in need of essential resources, or funds to purchase said sources, such as donating gift cards from grocery stores. Students are encouraged to bring their donations to their third period class. The top two classes that collect the most donations earn a pizza party! A congratulations goes to whichever classes earn the pizza parties, as this generosity will help make a huge difference and serve as a huge help to any families or people in need within the community. This could potentially have a lasting impact due to the inflation of prices in certain things from what’s been going on with Iran. It's also great to see the students and people here at Mayfair taking initiative to help those within or outside of the community. Though many places do their part, it’s nice to always have more places in town to reach out to in times of need. Items such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, hairbrushes, canned food, pasta, and gift cards are of huge help, and is a great way to donate to anyone who hasn’t donated anything already! By participating, though it could be a big or small donation, these could go a long way!
