Warning: The following content contains major spoilers for “Spiderman: No Way Home”.
Spiderman: No Way Home was truly one of the best movies ever released by Marvel. It’s easily within my top 10. The plot was super intriguing and the ending shocked everyone in the theater.
I have been a fan of Spiderman since elementary school when my Dad first showed me the Toby Maguire and Andrew Garfield Spiderman movies. From then on, Spiderman has been one of my favorite superheroes ever. So, when I saw them in this movie I was beyond thrilled. It was an incredible crossover. It was riveting to see the older Spidermen help the newest one played by Tom Holland cope with the loss of his Aunt May and eventually go on to heal the other villains from the different multiverses and restore peace back to his world. I would highly recommend watching the older Spiderman movies to better understand their backstories.
Seeing the return of old Spiderman villains brought back waves of nostalgia. Especially considering many were played by their original actors such as William Defoe.
This movie may be confusing to those who don’t know much about Spiderman or the MCU. In the MCU, there is the multiverse in which there are an infinite amount of realities and universes. I still find parts of this confusing but you eventually get used to it.
If I had to rate this movie on a numerical scale I would give it a 5/5. The characters, the story, and the graphics were all perfect. I can’t wait for this movie to be uploaded to Disney Plus so I can watch it again!
